The park will open at 9:30AM CST for the opening day festivities. There will be skills competition games, music, food trucks, merchandise, vendors and more. Pin trading can be done anytime during the day. Teams are not required to show up at 9:30AM unless you plan to participate in the skills competitions and your scheduled event starts at that time. Opening day festivities is something we put on extra for the players to have a fun day interacting with players from across the country.

SKILLS COMPETITION / START TIME: 9:30AM  / END TIME: 1:30PM.
LOCATION: Drakes Creek Park
Home Run hitting, Running, Around The Horn Contest and more will be offered.

HOMERUN FINAL / START TIME: 1:30PM.
LOCATION: Drakes Creek Park (FIELD 5)
The top three players from each age division will compete in the homerun hitting finals.

COACHES MEETING / WILL BE A VIRTUAL MEETING / June 24th @ 8PM CST.  
DETAILS: This will be a virtual meeting using Microsoft Teams. Additional info will be sent out a few days leading up to the meeting.

PARADE OF TEAMS / TEAMS LINE UP @ 4:30PM CST. / PARADE BEGINS AT 5PM CST.
LOCATION: Streets Of Indian Lake / 300 Indian Lake Blvd. (Teams start lining up at TBA / Parade begins at TBA)
This is where the parade of teams will take place. Teams will walk around the square and have their team names called out and posted across video boards. Teams can also pin trade during this time as well. Teams can wear costumes, uniforms, hats etc. This is just a fun time for the teams and for them to get recognized. Please no throwing confetti, candy or seeds. The parade of teams generally takes about 90 minutes to complete.
