The park will open at 9:30AM CST for the opening day festivities. There will be skills competition games, music, food trucks, merchandise, vendors and more. Pin trading can be done anytime during the day. Teams are not required to show up at 9:30AM unless you plan to participate in the skills competitions and your scheduled event starts at that time. Opening day festivities is something we put on extra for the players to have a fun day interacting with players from across the country.

Home Run hitting, Running, Around The Horn Contest and more will be offered.

HOMERUN FINAL / START TIME: 1:30PM.
LOCATION: Drakes Creek Park (FIELD 5)
The top three players from each age division will compete in the homerun hitting finals.

COACHES MEETING. / START TIME 3:30PM
LOCATION: Taylor Swift Auditorium at Hendersonville, HS
This is a mandatory coaches meeting. We will go over rules, coaches will check in and sign their rosters, and other things will be discussed as well.

PARADE OF TEAMS
Teams start lining up at 4:30PM at Ellis Middle School which is directly beside the football field.  
Parade of teams begins at 5:00PM / Please no throwing candy or confetti

LOCATION: Hendersonville HS Football Field
This is where the parade of teams will take place. Teams will walk around the track of the football field and have their team names called out and posted across video boards. Teams can also pin trade during this time as well. Teams can wear costumes, uniforms, hats. This is just a fun time for the teams and for them to get recognized. Please no throwing confetti, candy or seeds. The parade of teams generally takes about 90 minutes to complete.
