Refund/Weather Policy
PRE EVENT REFUND POLICY
- No refunds once the schedule has been completed.
- No refunds if a team withdraws within 14 days of the event, unless the team that withdrew finds a replacement team to take their place.
- No refunds issued if a team withdraws five days prior to the event, regardless if a replacement team can be found or not.
During The Event, Weather Related Scenario:
- A 100% entry fee & 100% gate fee refund will be issued to teams that do not start any game in an event due to weather related issues.
- A 50% entry fee refund will be given to teams starting less than ½ of its scheduled games, due to weather related issues.
- No entry fee refund will be given to teams starting ½ or more of its scheduled games, due to weather related issues.
- No gate refund will be given if one game or more is played, due to weather elated issues.
National Championship Events
- No refunds will be issued to any team dropping out 30 days prior to the event, for any reason.
