Welcome to the Music City Sports / USSSA Chattanooga Fall Friendly! We’re excited to host you at Warner Park in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This fastpitch softball tournament features age divisions 10u through 16u, bringing together talented teams for a full weekend of competitive play. This 7 game format event includes four pool games on Saturday and three on Sunday, guaranteeing plenty of action. The top two teams will advance to the championship game—unless the 1st-place team has already defeated the 2nd-place team. We’re thrilled to have you join us and wish all teams the best of luck for a fun and memorable weekend!

VENUE: All games will be played at Warner Park in Chattanooga, TN. There are turf and dirt fields at Warner Park. No metal cleats. Only turf, tennis shoes or molded cleats. Also no gum or seeds of any kind.

TEAM GATE FEE
Team gate fees are $300 and due on the Wednesday prior to the event by 9PM CST. The team gate fee can only be paid with Stripe by using the link below. We will not take an individual gate at this event, the team gate fee is put in place of a traditional gate.

ROSTERS: Teams are required to have their rosters and guest players submitted on their online roster before the event starts. This includes guest players as well. If a team does not have a player on their roster, that player(s) along with the head coach will be removed from the event.

FORMAT/GAME INFO: The format for this event is 7 pool games (4 Sat / 3 Sun) and the top two finishing teams will play for the championship, unless the first place team has already defeated the second place team. If these is the case then there will not be a championship game and the first place team will be deemed Champions! All game times are 65 minutes, finish the inning. Run rule is 12/3, 10/4, 8/5. In order to keep the games on time, there is not a tie breaker in pool play.

SEEDING FOR BRACKET PLAY:

1. W/L Record 2. Head to Head 3. Runs Allowed 4. Run differential (8 Runs Max) 5. USSSA Points

PRE GAME INFO: Home team will be the official scorekeeper. Home team will be decided by coin flip in pool play and the higher seeded team will have the option in bracket play.

TEAM CHECK IN: We do not have a team check in at the event, everything is done online.

PRE EVENT REFUND POLICY:

• No refunds issued once the schedule has been completed.
• No refunds issued if a team withdraws 14 days prior to the event unless the team that withdrew finds a replacement team to take their place.
• No refunds issued if a team withdraws five days prior to the event, regardless if a replacement team can be found or not.

WEATHER RELATED REFUND POLICY:

• A 100% entry fee & 100% gate fee refund will be issued to teams that do not start any game in an event.
• A 50% entry fee refund will be given to teams starting less than ½ of its scheduled games.
• No entry fee refund will be given to teams starting ½ or more of its scheduled games.
• No gate refund will be given if one game or more is played.

PROTEST INFO: Protest fee is $200 cash and is refundable if upheld by the tournament director or UIC. All protests must be made prior to the next pitch. You cannot protest judgment calls.

GAME BALLS: Will be furnished by the teams in pool play and the tournament will supply them in bracket play.

GUEST PLAYERS: If you are picking up players from another USSSA team, this must be done online by logging into your USSSA account.

BIRTH CERTIFICATES: Must be on hand at the event in case another team protests the age of one of your players.

INSURANCE: If teams do not have USSSA insurance, teams must email a copy of their insurance to [email protected] before their first game.

COMMUNICATION: We use the USSSA Text Push Notifications, event website page, email, Facebook for event communication purposes. Please encourage your teams to download the USSSA app so they can receive these messages as well. If you do not have the USSSA APP, you will not receive text push notifications.

COOLER POLICY: There isn’t one, bring in as many as you wish.

GAMEDAY INFO: All Pool, bracket scores and standings will be posted online, we DO NOT post anything at the event.
