Event DetailsWelcome to the 2024 SE National Championship “Music City USA” style! Congratulations on an outstanding season and thank you for choosing our event as your post season destination. This webpage will consist of valuable information and will serve as your tournament guide to the event itself.

Admission$550
There will be a mandatory team spectator gate fee of $550 for all teams and this covers everyone all week long. As in the past, this fee is in addition to the tournament registration fee. Families save quite a bit of money by doing the team gate fee in place of the regular individual gate that you may be accustomed to seeing an other events.

We are going with a 10:30AM start time. Meaning everything will be pushed back 90 minutes today. Schedule online will reflect that shortly. Our goal is to not have to play on Sunday, and I'm sure you all would rather not as well. Thanks to everyone for their patience. If something changes we will let you all know.

After speaking with parks dept, the games will be pushed back to 10AM. We are hoping everything moves north of us, and this will give us a little more time to view radar. Will send another update out at 7:45AM. Just don't want to get everyone at the park and stand around. Thank you!

Everyone, there is rain in the forecast possibly overnight and tomorrow morning. We will get with the parks dept in the AM, check the fields and future forecast then send you all a message out no later than 6:45AM, in the morning letting everyone know if we are delayed or on time. Thank you!

Got the home office to fix our issues and as of 7PM CST the 10B and 14B pools have been corrected. Good luck everyone!!!

Brackets are posted except the 10B & 14B divisions. There were a couple of scores flipped, we will go over that and have it corrected within the hour. Thank you!

The parks dept has asked that teams don't warm up on the brown sod in the outfield behind the temp fencing on fields 2 & 4. Thanks everyone!

Coaches, please allow one or two coaches max at the meeting. Hendersonville High School has temporary bleachers up as they are doing a complete stadium renovation - parking and space will be hard to come by. Our X (Formerly Twitter) page will be updated with the HR Derby standing so you'll know if you made it to the finals which begins at 1:30 on Field 5. You can access the X page via the app. The winners and finalist of the other competitions will be announced at the parade of teams. Thank you!

Per the email that was sent to the coaches. The skills competitions will begin at 9:30AM and end at 1:30PM. The HR finals will begin at 1:30PM on Field 5. The coaches meeting will take place at 3:15 at the Taylor Swift Auditorium at HHS. Teams start lining up in front of Ellis Middle School, which is directly beside Hendersonville HS at 4:30PM. Parade of teams begins at 5PM. Please no throwing candy or confetti. Please go to the USSSA app for info during the event. Thank you!
