Refund/Weather Policy

 

When a team withdraws prior to an event:

  • If the event has reached max registration, NO refund will be given unless a replacement team is found.
  • If a team withdraws 30 days or more before an event, a full refund shall be given.
  • If a team withdraws less than 30 days prior to the event, TN USSSA will attempt to find a replacement team up until the time schedules are released. If a replacement team can be found, a 90% refund shall be given.
  • For National Events, no entry fee refunds will be issued 30 days prior to the event.

No Refund shall be given if:

  • Once the schedule has been completed.
  • If a team withdraws within 30 days of the event and a replacement team cannot be found.
  • If a team withdraws five days prior to the event, no refund is given regardless if a replacement team can be found.

Weather Related Scenario:

  • A 100% entry fee & 100% gate fee refund will be issued to teams that do not start any game in an event.
  • A 50% entry fee refund will be given to teams starting less than ½ of its scheduled games.
  • No entry fee refund will be given to teams starting ½ or more of its scheduled games.
  • No gate refund will be given if one game or more is played.
